Yes, all displayed pricing is GST inclusive.
Q: “What are your payment options?”
Accepted payment methods are paypal or credit card. We do not offer customer account credit so all payments must be made and received prior to despatch.
Q: “If I register or transact on your site are my credit card and contact details secure?”
Yes, our site is SSL certified. Please refer to our Privacy & Security Policy for full detail.
Q: “Is the advertised image the exact one that will get shipped to me?”
Although the image is always of an actual offered item at its time of availability, it is not always an image of the same item that may be shipped to you. Sometimes the received product may slightly differ in external appearance (colour etc) or general condition, but it will never differ in physical design.
Q: “I have my own account with another freight carrier, can I use this with OzPump?”
Unfortunately no, we only ship via our freight accounts.
Q: “Can I collect my order in person?”
Yes, from our Sydney, NSW warehouse or Perth Airport, WA warehouse.
Q: “Do I have to be at the delivery address at the time of delivery?”
It is preferred, but not essential. You can tick the Authority to Leave option at the check out if there will be no representative available to accept and sign for the delivery of goods. For further information regarding Authority to Leave, please refer to the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Q: “Do you ship internationally?”
Yes, our website is formatted for Australian purchases only however we can ship internationally. Please contact us for pricing.
Q: “How long will it take for my items to be despatched?”
In general, products are despatched within 2-3 days following receipt of payment, subject to prior sales. Please enquire for despatch times for Indeng products.
Q: “How long before my order arrives?”
We work within our designated freight supplier’s estimated time frames for Australian customers and expect delivery to arrive within 3-5 days of despatch, dependent upon your location. We reserve the right to use airbags when practical and they may arrive sooner. International customers should contact sales for information.
Q: “Can my order be sent to a different address to my credit card?”
Yes, we can deliver to who and where you specify at the time of order.
Q: “Do you deliver to P.O. boxes?”
No, our carrier cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
Q: “How much is delivery?”
OzPump’s offers a flat-rate shipping policy of $20 AUS Australia-wide, GST inclusive.
