OzPump makes no claims and provides no advice regarding the technical application or specific performance of items listed for sale and therefore does not refund or exchange items due to incorrect product selection.
Although warranty, exchange or refund is not offered on all items, any applicable manufacturers warranty will be passed on in full by OzPump.

If an item is delivered in a condition other than that described, the customer must contact OzPump within 7 days of receiving the item. If a product covered by warranty is defective, the customer must contact OzPump within the warranty period. A Goods Return Authorisation (GRA) will be issued where OzPump agrees to accept a product back for further inspection, and the GRA must accompany the returned goods. The issuance of a GRA does not constitute acceptance of warranty by OzPump or an indication that a refund or replacement will be issued.
Upon receipt of the approved goods, OzPump will inspect and confirm or deny any alleged irregularity and contact the customer to notify findings and whether the goods will be replaced, returned to the customer, or kept and moneys refunded.
Costs incurred in respect of all shipments relating to returned goods are and remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed by OzPump.
